“ If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. Each time I visit family we always head to Pizza Express in Rochester, its bar far the best in London and the surrounding areas. My niece has an allergy, the last time I visited last week the manager on duty was as always so kind and took their time to ensure her needs were met. They were so busy, but the reason why we always return to this branch is due to the fact that the team are above what is expected. As someone that runs a restaurant, I know how hard things can be and honestly these guys are something else;) ”
“ My husband and I walked in and was immediately met by a lovely lady called Nikita. She was very friendly and asked where we'd like to sit. My Husband is autistic and struggles with noise and I had a headache. I asked if she has a quieter area on a whim which she escorted us to a corner at the back. She was very helpful, friendly, attentive and polite through the whole service. I had had a very bad day and she made me feel seen and brightened my day. I told her so and offered her a small tip which is all I had, she took it gracefully and I told her that she made my bad day good again. Having heard I had a bad day she walked off and came back with a free brownie for us both. I can't Nikita enough today as she our experience tonight enjoyable, she didn't judge, she was polite and made us feel she had all the time in the world to help us. Also, the food was amazing and just what we needed after a long day. Thank you, Nikita! ”

“ 1st time visiting this restaurant and ended up with the Bosco salad! It was divine!!! So nice I've bought the ingredients to try and recreate it... I took mom who had pizza - can't remember which one but she inhaled it and loved every bite. I wish I could remember our servers name as he definitely made the visit even more enjoyable with his lovely, warm attitude. ”
“ A very pleasant experience at their Rochester branch. Lovely and warm inside too! We had a half and half pizza which is a great idea. Thin and crispy is our choice, one side was Margherita with some tasty ham added and the other with goats cheese,onion, caramelised onion and spinach. The tomato base was very tasty which I often find lacking elsewhere. Would recommend downloading the Pizza Express app, we got a free dough ball starter just for downloading it. Once we paid for our meal another free item was added for next time. We didn't have dessert as we felt they are really overpriced with most being almost 7. IMHO 5.95 is the maximum for the type of desserts they offer. The staff were all friendly, they checked back on us regularly. The restaurant was clean and it's possible to see the kitchen which also looked clean and well organised ”

“ Nice Pizza Express located on the main high street in Rochester. It's quite narrow but plenty of seating. We didn't have a reservation but the staff were accommodating and found us a nice table near the window. Good service, decent portions and the food was well cooked (although the cheesy garlic bread the pizza to be fair could have done with more cheese). ”
